A traffic accident injured two people on Wednesday at the corner of Washington Ave. and Frederica St. at 5:38 p.m. Drivers Logan T. Rhinerson, 28, of the 3300 block of Bryant Ct. and Leslie Stacy, 45, of the 200 block of Rudy Rd. were involved in the accident. Stacy and a passenger, Judell Coleman, 26, of the 200 block of Rudy Rd. were injured in the accident and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A theft by unlawful taking (theft of an automobile) $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported Thursday in the 1500 block of W. 9th St. A vehicle was reported stolen at a value of $1,500.
In the 900 block of Pepper Tree Ln. on Thursday, a second-degree burglary was reported.
A theft by unlawful taking (theft of a controlled substance) under $10,000 was reported Friday in the 1200 block of Pleasant Valley Rd. Fentanyl and dilaudid were reported stolen at a value of $181.07.
In the 1300 block of Holly Ave. on Friday, a first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy were reported.
