Andrew J. Wheatley, 36, of the 2300 block of Carter Rd. was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Isaac O. McKenzie, 39, of the 800 block of Hall St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree fleeing/evading police and resisting arrest.
Kenneth D. Bishop, 43, of the 1200 block of W. 4th St. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
James Hall, 44, of the 2500 block of Old Hartford Rd. was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
Michael Laaser, 28, of the 4400 block of Wexford Crossing was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
