A theft by unlawful taking (theft of contents from inside a vehicle) $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported Sunday in the 500 block of W. 2nd St. A bag and a Google Pixel were reported stolen at a value of $1,168.
A traffic accident injured one person on Saturday in the 1700 block of J.R. Miller Blvd. at 1 p.m. Drivers Cory M. Capps, 22, of the 2900 block of Legion Park Dr. and Raymond E. Williams, 48, of the 7400 block of E. Chandler Ave. were involved in the accident. Williams was injured and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A traffic accident injured one person on Sunday at the corner of E. 18th St. and Triplett St. at 4:38 p.m. Drivers Shanni L. Onstott, 41, of the 3300 block of Old Mill Ln. and Shante Williams, 29, of the 12000 block of N. 130th St. were involved in the accident. Williams was injured and taken to OHRH for treatment of injuries.
