Cayla M. McGee, 28, of the 2100 block of Carpenter Drive was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A juvenile was charged Wednesday with possession of a handgun by a minor; first offense.
