Clayton L. Crowe, 27, of the 600 block of West Byers Avenue was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct.
James Stevens, 43, of the 2500 block of Cravens Avenue was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph B. Carter, 35, of Utica was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (second offense), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an open alcoholic beverage in vehicle.
Justin B. Louden, 30, of the 1300 block of Haynes Avenue was charged Saturday with first-degree fleeing/evading police, reckless driving, first-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence and first-degree wanton endangerment.
