A traffic accident left one person injured on Friday at the corner of Frederica Street and Time Drive at 5:45 p.m. Drivers Jacob R. Hall, 27, of Hawesville and Andrew D. O’Flynn, 26, of the 300 block of East 21st Street were involved in the accident that left a passenger, Sara E. Moore, 26, of Earlington injured. Moore was transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment. 

 

A traffic accident left three people injured on Friday in the 5200 block of Frederica Street at 9:30 p.m. Drivers Darrell W. Wells, 71, of Utica and Michael D. Farris, 16, of utica were involved in the accident. Wells, Farris and a passenger, Brenda Williams, 69, of Henderson were all injured in the wreck and were taken by ambulance to OHRH for treatment. 

 

A burglary was reported Thursday in the 700 block of Poplar Street. Nothing was reported stolen. 

 

A criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft of services were reported Thursday in the 2500 block of Frederica Street. A counterfeit $20 bill was reported to authorities and a pizza and a two-liter soda were reported stolen. 

 

A theft was reported Friday in the 1000 block of Western Court. A riding lawn mower and a three-sector swing were reported stolen at a value of $1,640. 

 

A theft was reported Friday in the 300 block of East Parrish Avenue. A black and silver Samsung S8 was reported stolen at a value of $600. 

 

A theft by deception was reported Friday in the 3200 block of Highway 54. A check was drawn on German American Bank for $2,000. 

 

A theft and fraudulent use of a credit card over $500 were reported Friday in the 3000 block of Frederica Street.
