A traffic accident left one person injured on Friday in the 3500 block of Villa Pointe at 4:50 p.m. Drivers Lucas D. Ruckdeschel, 17, of Whitesville and Lucas W. Easler, 24, of the 3400 block of Old Mill Lane were involved in the accident. Ruckdeschel was injured and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment. 

 

A traffic accident left two people injured on Friday at the corner of Leitchfield Road and East Fourth Street at 5:37 p.m. Drivers Danielle R. Wolf, 43, of Bowling Green and Krista L. Christie, 33, of the 400 block of Reid Road were involved in the accident. Both drivers were injured and taken to OHRH for treatment. 

 

A traffic accident left one person injured on Friday in the 2100 block of Southtown Boulevard. The accident occurred at 10:21 p.m. and involved drivers John D. Koenis, 63, of the 4600 block of Towne Square Court and Kevin Alvey, 58, of the 4000 block of Gemini Drive. Alvey was injured and taken to OHRH for treatment. 

 

A second-degree burglary was reported Thursday in the 3000 block of Burlew Boulevard. Nothing was reported stolen. 

 

A second-degree burglary was reported Thursday in the 2300 block of Carter Road. A fold wallet and various forms of identification were reported stolen at a value of $6. 

 

A theft was reported Friday in the 2600 block of Avenue of the Parks. A laptop and a gold handbag were reported stolen from the inside of a vehicle at a value of $870. 

 

A theft was reported Friday in the 5200 block of Frederica Street. Beauty supplies were reportedly shoplifted at a value of $5,214. 

 

A theft was reported Friday in the 2600 block of Frederica Street. Groceries were reportedly shoplifted at a value of $559.41. 

 

A theft of a motor vehicle registration plate was reported Friday in the 3200 block of Villa Pointe.
