A traffic accident left one person injured on Friday at the corner of Villa Point and Commonwealth Court at 4:36 p.m. Driver Nathan S. Jones, 20, of Philpot was not injured, though a passenger, Rebecca King, 18, of the 700 block of Deer Haven Drive was injured and transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A traffic accident at the corner of West Ninth and Allen Street left one person injured on Friday at 3:29 p.m. Drivers Kanaan L. McIntyre, 31, of Hartford and Allgustus L. Fuqua, 47, of Maceo were involved in the accident. A passenger, Jessica R. McIntyre, 26, of Hartford was injured and taken to OHRH for treatment.
A criminal possession of a forged instrument was reported Friday in the 2900 block of Airpark Drive. Fraudulent checks written for $4,098.13 were reported to authorities.
