Jason E. Shivel, 47, of the 1100 block of Carter Road was charged Saturday with tampering with physical evidence, giving an officer false identifying information and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher P. Booth, 52, of Seymour, Ind. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (aggravated circumstances).
Juan Garza, 35, of Utica was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and resisting arrest.
