Dustin P. Benoit, 36, of the 100 block of Church Lane was charged Saturday with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Logan W. Husk, 19, of the 3800 block of Benttree Drive was charged Saturday with first-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault.
