• Carlos A. Carrillo Domingo, 20, of unknown residence was charged Monday with driving under the influence and failure to report a traffic accident.
• Tomas J. Moss, 27, of the 1000 block of Northwood Drive was charged Monday with two counts of theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) over $500.
• Jonathan Cornelius, 49, of Whitesville was charged Monday with driving under the influence (aggravated circumstances; second offense) and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Steven Smith, 42, of the 1700 block of Todd Court was charged Monday with trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
• Justin Carf, 32, of Louisville was charged Monday with failure to comply with the sex offender registry.
