• Jonathan R. Minton, 35, of the 4600 block of Marlboro Drive was charged Thursday with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief and fourth-degree assault.
• Amber Colburn, 32, of the 2600 block of Old Henderson Road was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
• Jamie Smith, 23, of the 2200 block of Bluff Avenue was charged Thursday with endangering the welfare of a minor.
• Yancy Smith, 32, of the 2200 block of Bluff Avenue was charged Thursday with endangering the welfare of a minor.
• Marcos A. Juarez Hernondez, 20, of the 2000 block of McFarland Avenue was charged with possession of synthetic drugs Thursday.
• Christopher J. Cecil, 36, of the 2000 block of McFarland Avenue was charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Thursday.
