• Nicholas Allen Blair, 38, of the 9700 block Campground Road was charged Sunday with first-degree strangulation.
• Kenneth Eugene Wallen, 37, of the 3700 block of Burlew Boulevard was charged Tuesday with first-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse.
