• Victoria Sue Micaletti, 26, of the 1600 block of W. 4th Street was charged Tuesday with theft of identity, third-degree criminal trespassing and fleeing or evading police.
• Terrence Lee Phillips, 40, of Louisville, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• James S. Crisp, 60, of the 600 block of Danberry Street was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.
• Jamie Werpecinisky, 31, homeless, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
