• Gilbert Kellems, 46, of the 5100 block of Little Hickory Road was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
• Joseph Brown, 59, of the 800 block of E. Parrish Avenue was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
