• Karen Carter, 29, of Henderson was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
• Jonathon Hawkins, 39, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
• Francheska M. Estes, 17, of the 300 block of E. 15th Street, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
