• Irus Milan, 23, of the 1600 block of Breckenridge Street was charged Thursday with possession of synthetic drugs.
• Meliaann Douglas, 26, of the 2100 block of McFarland Avenue was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of synthetic drugs.
• Keely Creager, 31, of the 2100 block of Keeneland Parkway was charged Thurday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
