• Dale Seon Adams, 56, of the 600 block of Sycamore Street was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (LSD).
• Bobby J. Roberts, 28, was charged Saturday with first-degree strangulation.
• Steven Brad Mattingly, 40, of the 6200 block of U.S. 60 was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
