• Thomas N. Richie, 30, of Livermore, KY was charged Monday with criminal possession of a forged instrument.
• Michelle R. Reynolds, 42, of the 2500 block of Lancaster Avenue was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of synthetic drugs.
