• Billy Watson, 43, was charged Saturday with second-degree burglary.
• Lavon Gibbs, 30 of the 2000 block of W. Fifth Street was charged Sunday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
• Roland L. Burroughs, 53, of the 1800 block of East Triplett Street, was charged Sunday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
• Michael R. Danner, 25, homeless, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
