• Laura Ann Freet, 51, of the 2200 block of Bluff Avenue was charged Friday with third-degree burglary.
• Ozzy L. Johnston, 29, of the 500 block of Center Street, was charged Saturday with first-degree strangulation.
• Justin K. Henning, 18, of the 6300 block of Todd Bridge Road was charged Saturday with first-degree burglary.
• Jamie Gaspar, 19, of the 4600 block of Towne Square Court, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and receiving stolen property (firearm).
