• Tayonese Hagan, 19, of the 500 block of Maple Street was charged first-degree trafficking of a controlled substance (meth).
• Austin Hunnicutt, 21, of the 6900 block of Lamplite Circle was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking of a controlled substance (meth).
• Chauncy Martin, 38, of the 800 block of East 21st Street was charged Monday with third-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth) and trafficking synthetic drugs.
• Jennifer Underhill, 41, of Rockport, Indiana, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
