• Shawn Moore, 47, of the 2900 block of E. Yellowstone Drive was charged Thursday with sodomy and unlawful imprisonment.
• Charles McClure, 38, of the 1100 block of Pennbrooke Avenue was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
