• Joseph Alonzo Wells, 26, address unknown, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Jeremy Capps, 43, homeless, was charged Saturday with public intoxication, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and third-degree burglary.
• Chauntell Octavius Paulk, 29, of the 2200 block of Carpenter Drive, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
