• Chauncy William Martin, 38, homeless, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Bruce Allen Boehman, 53, of Utica, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Jose Hidalgo Lopez, 34, of the 900 block of Cottage Drive was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and driving under the influence.
