• Andrew Coots, 42, homeless was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking of a controlled substance (meth).
• Bryan D. Feldpausch, 41, of the 1200 block of East 6th Street was charged Wednesday with theft of identity and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
