• Tyler Polston, 25, of the 1300 block of East 19th Street was charged Thursday with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
• Jose Rodrigo Santillan-Sandoval, 27, of the 700 block of Hall Street was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
