• Dallas Cole Osborne, 24, of the 600 block of Wing Avenue was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Bruce Allen Boehman, 53, of the 3800 block of Hawthrone Drive was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Nelson Lucas Martinez, 27, of the 2100 block of Carpenter Drive, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and driving under the influence.
• Chauncy Martin, 38, of the 800 block of West 21st Street, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary.
