• Darrell F. Jewell, 44, of Reynolds Station was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Christopher E. Briner, 46, of the 600 block of Fairfax Drive, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of meth, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia (buy/possess), and resisting arrest.
• John T. Beam, 22, of the 2500 block of Carryback Court was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
• Has Lweh, 21, of the 2300 block of Heritage Park Drive was charged Sunday with driving under the influence
