• Billy E. Fowler, 28, of the 1400 block of West Third Street was charged Thursday with first-degree strangulation.
• Dah Dah, 34, homeless, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Jesse Taylor, 32, of the 1700 block of Farmview Drive, was charged Saturday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Dmitry Kontarovich, 40, of Louisville was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (opiates).
