• Nathanial G. Prow, 41, of the 3100 block of Daviess Street was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.
• Matthew D. Martin, 41, of Morgantown, Ky., was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth) and receiving stolen property over $1,000.
