• Sarah Light, 30, of the 700 block of Walnut Street was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Samantha Joe Hamilton, 35, of Hartford, Ky., was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
