• Carly Blair, 19, of the 1200 block of Haynes Avenue, was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
