These food services were inspected by the Green River District Health Department from Aug. 5 through Aug. 12.

A — 85 to 100 percent with no critical violations.

B — Failed two consecutive regular inspections or a follow-up inspection.

C — Any critical violations or 84 percent and below. A follow-up inspection is required within 10 days.

No Grade — Establishment sells prepackaged foods only and does not receive a letter grade.

 

  • Freddy’s, 4641 Frederica Street, (97) Aug. 5. Grade: A.
  • Arby’s, 4614 Frederica Street, (100) Aug. 5. Grade: A.
  • Taco Bell, 4620 Frederica Street, (100) Aug. 5. Grade: A.
  • Joe Mugg’s, 4606 Frederica Street, (99) Aug. 5. Grade: A.
  • Hardee’s, 3101 Frederica Street, (98) Aug. 5. Grade: A.
  • Dollar General, 320 East 4th Street, (93) Aug. 6. Critical violation: Bathrooms are out of order. Portable toilet has been in place for over a week. During a follow-up inspection, Aug. 7, plumbing issues were still not resolved.  Establishment was given 48 hours to resolve plumbing.  During a second follow-up inspection, the critical violation was corrected, (95) Aug. 9.
