Three arrested for drugs after search warrant

Kentucky State Police troopers executed a search warrant at a residence on Center Street in Owensboro just before 8 p.m. Tuesday evening. Troopers seized 3.5 lbs. of processed methamphetamine and located marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.

Kristen N. White, 26, of Owensboro, was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana, first offense, trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree and first offense-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charles T. Blair, 37, of Owensboro, was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana, first offense, trafficking in a controlled substance, first Degree, first offense-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tammy L. Stewart, 49, of Owensboro, was arrested and charged with trafficking in marijuana, first offense, trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, first offense-methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three were transported and lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro.

KSP troopers are also looking for Derrick Ballard, 28, of Owensboro for the same drug offenses, but he also has multiple felony warrants for his arrest including trafficking and firearms possession. Ballard has been eluding officers for more than six months.
