A first-degree sexual abuse was reported Tuesday on Industrial Dr.

On Wednesday, a fraudulent use of a credit card under $500 within 6 months, possession of marijuana and theft by unlawful taking (theft of contents from inside a vehicle) $500 or more and under $10,000 were reported in the 1600 block of Starlite Dr. Items stolen were reported to total $757.

In the 700 block of Daviess St. on Wednesday, a theft of identity of another without consent was reported.

In the 1000 block of Woodlawn Ave. on Thursday, a theft from a building was reported. A Dell laptop and pair of RayBan sunglasses were reported stolen at an estimated value of $600.

A shoplifting $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported Thursday in the 5200 block of Frederica St. A security system was reported stolen at a value of $599.

A theft by unlawful taking (theft of a vehicle) $10,000 or more and under $1,000,000 was reported Friday. A 2011 Chevy Silverado was reported stolen at a value of $17,000.

A traffic accident occurred Thursday at the corner of New Hartford Rd. and Burlew Blvd. at 5:36 p.m., resulting in injuries. Sharon Ford, 63, of the 40 block of Iron Mt. W and Mason K. Kirby, 21, of the 1000 block of Jackson St. were driving in the accident. Kirby was injured and transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
