Apollo and Owensboro Catholic participated in the final day of the Bluegrass State Games Volleyball Tournament.
Apollo Volleyball
After advancing to the Championship Flight, the E-Gals lost their first game of single-elimination to Manual. The team finished 5-1 on the weekend. The JV team lost to Henry Clay (white team) to end the tournament with a 3-3 record.
Owensboro Catholic Volleyball
The Lady Aces lost to Frederick Douglass in Flight 3 of the single-elimination, giving the team a 3-3 record for the tournament. The JV team also played, but the results were not available.
