Whitesville Trinity volleyball won the season-opening match 3-1 (21-25, 25-17, 31-29, 25-18) Monday at Muhlenberg County. The Lady Raiders were led by senior Nina Wathen with 6 kills, 12 assists; senior Savannah Aull with 8 kills, 10 assists; junior Morgan Kinsey with 7 kills, 3 aces; and senior Mary Hardesty with 3 kills. They play again at 7:30 Thursday against McLean County.
