The 2018 8u Owensboro Catholic League champions the Crush defeated the Fireballs 11-0 in the championship game on Oct. 1.
The team completed the season with a record of 9 wins, 1 loss and 1 tie. The girls played hard all season, despite several rainouts and very limited practice.
The team of 8u champions consisted of Marisska Bell, Brennan Benjamin, Kaylee Carden, Vera Hayden, Adilyn Harville, Liz Hall (not pictured), Payton Lear, Gabi Moyers, Lexi Moyers, Isabeth Osborne and Kori Posey.
Head coach for the Crush was Chris Carden. Asst. coaches were Amos Lear, Jason Harville, and Tommy Hayden. Dugout moms were Jordan Carden and Stacie Moyers. Scorebook was Amber Harrington.
