Raiders suffer loss on road to Braves

The Trinity boys’ basketball team suffered their second loss in a row, falling 68-33 on the road at Union County (2-4) on Friday.

A slow start left them the Raiders (4-3) in a 24-8 hole after the first quarter, and they were never able to recover.

Trinity was led in scoring by Trenton Morris (11 points), and Joe Brown (6 points). Other scorers were Ethan Howard (5 points), Landon Hall (4 points), Denver Dickens (3 points), Ben Goetz (2 points) and Owen Payne (2 points).

The Raiders are off until Thursday when the play at Union County as part of the Aleris Christmas Tournament.
