This week’s Owensboro Times basketball honors go to Trinity’s Landon Huff and Cassidy Morris after each received the most votes in their respective weekly poll.
Huff, a sophomore for the Raiders, is the Boys’ Player of the Week after averaging nine points in three games.
Morris, a sophomore for the Lady Raiders, is the Girls’ Player of the Week after averaging 29 points in two games.
Note: Next week’s Basketball Player of the Week polls will open Monday morning and run through Wednesday at 5 p.m. This week’s winners will not be eligible for nomination.
