The Apollo E-gals not only grabbed their third straight win Thursday but also grabbed their third straight sweep as they took down Hancock County in Lewisport.
AHS cruised in their 3-0 (25-23, 25-16, 25-16) victory over the Lady Hornets.
Tallie Satterfield led the team in kills with eight and added two blocks while Brylee Rhodes (7 kills, block, 2 aces), Maddie Boswell (5 kills, 2 blocks), Allie Hargitt (20 assists, 6 digs, 4 aces), Camryn Kerwick (8 digs, 5 aces), Anslee Hopewell (18 digs) and Abby Spong (6 digs) also contributed to the E-gals win.
Apollo continues its road trip Saturday at Grayson County. The E-gals don’t return to AHS until they take on Allen County-Scottsville and Paducah Tilghman Oct. 17.
