The Apollo E-gals hit the road Tuesday as they battled their second 8th District opponent in as many days but they also came away with the same result in both matchups.
The E-gals cruised to their second-straight sweep as they took down the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers 3-0 (25-13, 25-10, 25-17),
Tallie Satterfield led AHS with nine kills and a block while Maddi Boswell (8 kills, 2 aces), Brylee Rhodes (5 kills, 2 blocks, 3 aces), Aliyah Carwile (4 kills, 4 digs), Allie Hargitt (21 assists, 4 aces), Anslee Hopewell (17 digs, 5 aces), Camryn Kerwick (10 digs, 6 aces) and Courtney Hagan (10 digs) all contributed in the sweep of Hoptown.
Apollo continues its road trip Thursday at Hancock County as it takes on the Lady Hornets in Lewisport.
