Breckinridge County 3, Daviess County 1
The Daviess County Lady Panthers couldn’t get by Breckinridge County Monday as they fell on the road.
The Lady Tigers won the match 3-1 (25-17, 25-21, 15-25, 25-19).
Elizabeth Moore led DC with 13 kills while Adylan Ayer added 11 kills. Ryann Keller (23) and Lexi Owen (15) led the way in assists while Kloee Phelps (18 digs) and Kendal Goetz (13) had big defensive nights for the Lady Panthers.
DC plays tonight at home against Apollo before wrapping up the regular season Thursday at home against Grayson County.
Grayson County 3, Owensboro Catholic 2
The Owensboro Catholic Lady Aces couldn’t snap its losing streak as they fell to Grayson County at home Monday.
The Lady Cougars won the match 3-2 (22-25, 25-21, 16-25, 27-25, 15-12) as Catholic is now 1-3 in five-set matches this season.
The Aces play tonight at Owensboro then have matched with Bowling Green (Thursday) and Henderson County (Saturday) to finish the regular season.
Trinity 3, Hancock County 1
The Trinity Lady Raiders grabbed their ninth win of the season when they took down Hancock County on the road.
THS beat Hancock earlier this season in the 3rd Region All “A” Classic final and did it again Monday with its 3-1 (25-21, 21-25, 25-18, 27-25) victory.
The Lady Raiders play Wednesday at home against Owensboro and Thursday at home against Apollo.
