Apollo 10, Grayson County 0

The Apollo Eagles scored in the first inning for the sixth-straight game Wednesday as they took down Grayson County 10-0 in five innings in the Keaton Hall Wood Bat Memorial Tournament.

Apollo led 1-0 after one and added nine runs in the third through fifth innings to cruise to victory.

Nolan Millay got the win on the mound as he struck out four in three innings. Landon Hamilton threw the final two innings for AHS and struck out two while allowing just one hit on 25 pitches.

Dan St. Clair and Harrison Bowman each had multiple hits for Apollo as St. Clair had a solo home run in the game. Bowman scored three times in the victory.

Nick Judd added a double and three RBIs while Maxwell Holder had a triple and an RBI.

Noah Cook added two runs for the Eagles.

Apollo plays at 1 p.m. today as they continue their tournament run against North Hardin.
