Apollo couldn’t get its bats going on the road as the E-gals fell to Evansville Mater Dei 7-1 on Wednesday.
K’Asia Palmer’s home run in the top of the fourth for the E-gals only run of the game.
Emma Bullington went 2-3 while Abbie Gore had the only other hit for Apollo.
Apollo plays today at Daviess County.
