After a loss Thursday in their opening round game to the Capistrano Coyotes, the Owensboro Rampage rebounded with a victory over the UCI-N Warriors, the Utah State Champions.
The Rampage downed the Warriors 3-2 with goals from Evan Crang (2 goals) and Hunter Lehecka. John Collier finished with an assist on Crang’s first goal in the opening period.
Owensboro will battle the Dubuque Saints at 9 a.m. for a spot in the Elite Eight.
