The Daviess County Panthers cruised to victory Tuesday as they were able to not only beat the weather but beat the Apollo Eagles as well.
DC beat AHS 9-0 for the win.
George Hulse, Graham Sandefur, Camden Clark, Andy Peebles, Frank Newton and Parith Harin all earned singles wins for DC while Sandefur/Clark, Peebles, Newton and Anthony Thompson/Eric Holder had doubles victories.
Owensboro v Muhlenberg County
BOYS: OHS 6, MC 3
GIRLS: MC 6, OHS 3
Owensboro welcomed Muhlenberg County Tuesday as the two teams split on the day with the Red Devils grabbing a win along with the Lady Mustangs.
On the boys’ side, OHS won 6-3 with singles wins from Dylan Mather, Arlo Johnson, E Hah and Logan Veach while Mather/Walker Gaddis and Hah/Jeremy Garcia had doubles wins.
On the girls’ side, the Lady Devils fell 6-3 with Alexa Salamah and Riley Hunt earning singles victories. The duo of Whitley Ford and Emma Embry had the lone doubles win for OHS.
Owensboro Catholic v Henderson County

BOYS: HC 6, OC 3
Owensboro Catholic and Henderson County hit the court Tuesday with the Lady Aces cruising to the 9-0 win while the Aces fell 6-3 to the Colonels.
In girl’s action, Ella Grave Buckman, Elizabeth Hayden, Sarah Kate Young, Emmy Moore, Claire Augenstein and Katelin Mitchell had singles win. Aisha Merchant/Olivia Hayden, Young/Moore and Ausgenstein/Mitchell helped OC sweep the doubles matches over the Lady Colonels.
For the Aces, Tucker Ray, Davis Brocato and Brett Conder earned singles win.
