Daviess County and Owensboro met at Centre Court Tuesday with both schools grabbing a win.
Daviess County won the boy’s match 7-2 with singles wins from Graham Sandefur, Camden Clark, Andy Peebles, Frank Newton and Parith Haria. Owensboro’s Dylan Mather had the lone Red Devils singles win.
In boy’s doubles, Peebles/Newton and David Abel/Eric Holder had wins for the Panthers while Owensboro’s Mather/E Hah won the No. 1 doubles match for the Red Devils.
In the girl’s match, OHS won 6-3 with singles wins from Addie Travis, Caroline Smith, Alexa Salamah and Riley Hunt. Daviess County’s Charly Hayden and Alessa Hall had singles wins.
In girl’s doubles, DC’s Hall/Anatasia Kolomiyets had the No. 1 doubles win but OHS’s Salamah/Smith and Avery Elliot/Hunt delivered for two doubles win.
