Augenstein tied for 24th heading into final round of Charles Schwab Challenge

Former Owensboro Catholic standout John Augenstein made his first cut as a pro on Friday and continued his solid play this week with a -1 Saturday to put him at -4 for the tournament.

Jordan Spieth leads the tournament at -15 while Jason Kokrak is a shot behind him at -14.

Augenstein bogeyed two of his first three holes Saturday but bounced back with a birdie on three of his final four holes on the front nine. Augenstein had two bogeys and two birdies on his back nine.
